Hello and welcome to Shepparton East Primary School.
It’s a privilege to lead a school where every child is known, valued and challenged. At Shepparton East, learning is purposeful and joyful. Our staff are committed to high expectations, strong relationships and evidence-based teaching, and our families are active partners in every child’s growth.
We believe in the power of community. You’ll feel it in our classrooms, the yard, at assemblies and events—students looking out for each other, teachers going the extra mile, and families pitching in to celebrate learning.
Shepparton East Primary School has deep roots in the local community, growing over time from a small country school to a vibrant, future-focused primary. What hasn’t changed is our ethos: warm, inclusive relationships, pride in our local context, and a determination to give every learner the strongest start in life. First opened in 1876, the school will celebrate turning 150 in 2026.
