School council AGM

Our Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 17th March at 6:00pm.

We have positions vacant and request that parents think about whether they would like to be on School Council.

Notice of Election and Call for Nominations:

An election is to be conducted for members of School Council.  Nomination forms are available at the office (please call if you require one sent home), and must be lodged by 4pm on Friday 6th March.

There are two types of nomination forms.  You can use either one, following the correct procedures on the forms:

1. Self-nomination form (You can nominated yourself to be on School Council)
2. Nomination by another parent (Another parent can nominate you, with your approval)

Following the closing of nominations, a list of nominations will be posted at the school and listed in the newsletter.  If we have more nominations than vacancies, an election will be called.  If an election is required, the ballot will take place by 4.00pm on Friday 13th March.  If the number of nominations is less than the number of vacancies, a notice to that effect, calling for further nominations, will be posted in a prominent position at the school.

Parent Member Categories are two year positions.
